Pumpkin hunting

We did our annual pumpkin purchase Saturday at Highland Park. We looked at them big and small and found the perfect one. Then the kids both picked out one.

We made a road trip to NC the other weekend to hang out with Thomas the Tank Engine with the Forehands. Thanks for the tickets! Then we headed to Charlotte to shop and eat at Cheesecake Factory for dinner. YUMMM!!!

Well we have been gone a while from the blogging world. But we will try to post more frequently in the future. Anyways here are a few things that have happened recently.

Parson started 4k this year, here is his class picture.

Santa Comes to the Neighborhood!

Santa made a quick stop to the neighborhood this afternoon to get some last wishes before the big day... Parson was waiting so patiently on the front steps.

Finally... Parson sits in the Big Mans lap. After about 4 visits with Santa this year he finally sits in his lap and tell him what he wants.

Halloween Parade

Happy Halloween Everyone! We started the day with a Halloween Parade this morning at Parson's school. It was so neat to see all of the kids dressed up. There was actually some really cool ideas too. I will try to get some shots of our BIG Halloween bash tonight at the Patterson's joint and share with you since we haven't been doing our part and posting on the blog.

First day of School!

Yesterday was the first day of school for the kids. Parson started 3K and Lilah started Mother's Morning Out. It all started about 6am so we could make it in time for the 7:45 drop off... Man that's early!!!
